MEMBERSHIP
(Residents Only)

MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
Personal, caring service professionally designed to meet your needs

1. Beautiful locker room facilities including showers, with shampoo/conditioner, soap and other toiletries.
2. Workout towels and shower towels free of charge.
3. Unlimited time on all cardio equipment (unless someone is waiting and then 30 minutes per machine)
4. Unlimited class attendance to the classes listed on the schedule such as Aerobics, Step, Body Shaping, Bootcamp, Spinning, Yoga and BOSU.
5. Personal Training sessions with our well-educated professional trainers available for a fee.
6. Free Blood Pressure and Body Composition measurement.
7. Referral list for professional help, books, wellness letters, videos and magazines
8. Cardio-Theatre in the cardio center. Bring your own head phones for sound or purchase a pair in our pro shop.
9. Fitness Practitioner on staff that can answer all your questions.
10. A “credit system” at our Café. Bills are given out the 15th of each month.
11. AED (automated external defibrillator) on site with all staff certified in its use.
12. Post rehabilitation specialist for special needs such as MS, parkinson's, cardiac problems, and back/hip/knee post rehab.
13. Complete Pilates program (on equipment or mat classes) for a fee.
14. Free Coffee (donations to MS Society appreciated)
15. Cardio equipment includes: treadmills, stair masters, recumbent bikes, airdynes, slide boards,
    mini tramp and BOSU's.
16. Complete weight room with state of the art Cybex weight machines. Our stretch area has
    every “toy” imaginable to enhance your fitness.
17. Pro shop for all your equipment needs.
18. Comprehensive website filled with educational material and an online bulletin board to communicate with fellow members.
    

MEMBERSHIP TERMS

1. Memberships are non-transferable
2. All membership prices are subject to change
3. Memberships must be paid within 14 days of the due date. Payments more than 14 days past due will mean the 1st month fee will once again be applied.
4. If a membership is more than 14 days past due, entry into the center for use of the facilities will not be permitted.
5. Memberships cannot be postponed or delayed except in a medical emergency. Please contact us concerning your needs.
