we strongly encourage you to open your mind to different types of
exercise. Try a Step or BOSU class, or how about Spinning? Tired
of lifting by yourself? Body shaping gives you the same workout
with a lot of fun. Bike riding, running on the beach or developing
a love-hate relationship with the Stairmaster can all add variety
