The leading reasons for not exercising are lack of time and boredom with a current program or being too tired. Scheduling the appropriate exercise as a priority into your weekly routine will help make it an accepted non-issue in your life. It becomes something you “just do” like brushing your teeth. Having the right program designed by a professional will give you more energy. To prevent boredom, we strongly encourage you to open your mind to different types of exercise. Try a Step or BOSU class, or how about Spinning? Tired of lifting by yourself? Body shaping gives you the same workout with a lot of fun. Bike riding, running on the beach or developing a love-hate relationship with the Stairmaster can all add variety to your routine. Let us know if you get bored so we can help you before you just quit!
